2. Inquiry Product Service - This is personal data provided by you in order to use Kingtony's Inquiry Product Service. This includes your email address, name, phone and address. We will ask you to provide some necessary personal data in order to establish your contact details and then contact you.

Kingtony product inquiry service related purpose to communicate with you, can let you know the content and price of the product you have selected.

No personal information nor device information is gathered when you download and utilize our application by the meantime. We will only ask for the user's contact information unless the user asks us for product information.

When a user asks us for product information, we will save the contact information you provide the user and the product content requested, and will find time to contact you. We will continue to retain some of your personal data as long as you are a user of KINGTONY's services. For example, we keep records of your usage and inquiries and account information. If you have requested that the data be deleted or anonymized so that others cannot identify you through the data.
